ABSTRACT
The coronavirus crisis has adversely affected the state of health, economy, and relations between many countries. Some politicians blame China for delays in addressing the outbreak of the Covid-19. Much depends on whether, and how, China would be able to contribute towards improving health, economic, and, political co-operation with different states – including those inhabited by the diverse communities of ethnic and linguistic groups speaking Turkic dialects – spread between wider Central Asia to Caucasia into West Asia.
