A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on August 11, 2022 between the Center for the Diplomatic Affairs and Political Studies (DİPAM) and the France/Paris-based the Trocadéro Forum Institute (TFI) to further and deepen cooperation between both non-profit organizations. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Chairman of DİPAM, Dr. Tolga SAKMAN and President of TFI, Ms. Ellen WASYLINA.
According to the signed memorandum, both institutions will deepen the ties and working together on issues that are of great importance to both of the organizations and that correspond to the respective missions and visions, as set out in founding documents of the institutions.
Chairman of DİPAM, Dr. Tolga SAKMAN emphasized that this agreement is an important step for a deep-rooted cooperation and said, “We will realize fruitful programs and projects with the capabilities and capacities of the two institutions. Areas such as internationalization, developing and applying different types of diplomacy are important for both institutions and will be at the core of our cooperation. TFI will be one of our important partners within the framework of the intercourses that our trying to develop in many parts of the world” in his statement.
President of TFI, Ms. Ellen WASYLINA in her speech emphasized the importance of working with DİPAM on TFI’s core issues, such as Leadership, Sustainability and Diplomacy, particularly in the executive training areas, creating intercultural bridges and understanding amongst our network in a dozen countries. “TFI aims to train the next generation of sustainable leaders across the Mediterranean Sea Basin and we look forward to working with our partners at DİPAM to achieve this objective.”
Both institutions look forward to strengthening the ties and cooperation in the coming months and years.
