A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on November 29, 2021 between the Center for Diplomatic Affairs and Political Studies (DIPAM) and the Pakistan/Lahore-based Center for Security, Strategy and Policy Research (CSSPR). The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Chairman of DIPAM Tolga SAKMAN and Director of CSSPR Dr. Rabia AKHTAR.
According to the signed memorandum, both centers will develop plans that will strengthen mutual visits and communication, exchange experiences and views, and encourage cooperation in wider areas between the Think Tanks of the two countries.
