Chairman of DİPAM Dr. Tolga SAKMAN attended the Second International Conference of Leading National Analytical Centers of the Organization of Turkic States under the theme “Developing Economic Cooperation Among Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Countries Through Continuous Consultations and Joint Research” held on 16 September 2026, in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
The conference, where infrastructure, innovation, and economy-based steps for the Middle Corridor and regional integration were discussed, was hosted by the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms of the Republic of Azerbaijan. High-level executives from the Organization of Turkic States and Turkic cooperation organizations, as well as numerous think tanks from Turkic states participated in the event.
During the event, recommendations for the Organization of Turkic States were formulated, and consultations and partnerships for future projects were also discussed.
