Biography
Prof. Dr. Hamza ATEŞ graduated from the Department of Public Administration at Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences in 1992. He received his master’s degree in public administration from Durham University (1995) and his doctorate from the University of Liverpool (The University of Liverpool, Liverpool Institute for Public Administration and Management) (1999).
His main academic interests are reform models in public administration, management theory, New Public Management, post-bureaucratic and post-modern public organizations, local governments, performance management, and political-administrative systems and culture in ancient civilizations.
