“THREE SEAS ONE OPPORTUNITY (3S1O) Welcome to Warsaw” Conference took place on April 27, 2025 with the partnership of DIPAM.
The conference was hosted by The Opportunity – Institute for Foreign Affiars in Warsaw. The conference was coordinated with the Three Seas Initiative Summit and received the status of a side-event.
The conference discussed the economic, political and security situation in the region between the Baltic, Black Sea and Adriatic. Türkiye’s Black Sea policies in particular and its influence in the Balkans were discussed. Türkiye’s ideas and possible actions were also touched upon in the discussions on the possibility of an eastern shield in European defense.
